Ogburn Properties offers residential, commercial and apartment buyer and seller brokerage services throughout Winston-Salem/Forsyth County and surrounding counties, including Guilford, Stokes, Surry, Yadkin, Davie and Davidson.

As your real estate brokerage representative, it is our mission to:

  • Certified Residential Specialist (CRS): Designation awarded to experienced Realtors who complete advanced training in listing and selling.
  • Certified Commercial Investment Member® (CCIM): Recognized experts in commercial real estate brokerage, leasing, asset management valuation, and in-vestment analysis. There are only approximately 9,000 CCIMs in the United States and Canada, representing a very select group of all commercial and investment real estate professionals.
  • Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI): Conferred by the National Association of Realtors®, is presented to Realtors who have completed a comprehensive education program in residential real estate.
